Theunis van Zyl is the Managing Director of VAN ZYL & ASSOCIATES and has 35 years of experience in the construction and consulting industry as Project Manager. Over the past 15 years, he has specialized in building, engineering, and construction claims as well as dispute resolution, serving as a consultant, Arbitrator, Mediator and Adjudicator. Theunis currently serves as the Chairman of the SAICE ADR Panel, an Exco Member of the MBAWC and an accredited Adjudicator, Arbitrator and Mediator on various panels to preside over contractual disputes under the GCC, FIDIC, NEC, GCC and MBA forms of construction agreements.
